Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your billing settings or by contacting support.

Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free tier plus any remaining credits you may have.

Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period. Payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable.

Credit purchases are separate from subscriptions. Credits remain in your account after cancellation and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits are non-refundable.
