Requesting a Refund

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund request:

  1. You must have an active paid subscription and a recent charge.
  2. Most Convert3D services can be tested free of charge before paying, so completed paid charges are generally final.
  3. For AI and other services that are fully paywalled with no free trial, refund requests are only considered when the account has made fewer than 2 AI generations.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support@convert3d.org and include your account email address and time of purchase.

Refund Processing Time

  1. If a refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
  2. Approved refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
  3. Final timing depends on your payment provider and bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through your billing settings or by contacting support at support@convert3d.org.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your paid plan ends and your account moves to the free plan (if available).
