Cameras
Camera positions and settings
Cameras provide view/projection parameters for framing scenes in a consistent, repeatable way.
How it works
- Projection: perspective (FOV/focal length) or orthographic (size).
- Clipping planes: near/far distances affect depth precision.
- Animated transforms and focal properties can be exported as channels.
Interoperability notes
- Sensor size/film back assumptions differ; confirm FOV vs. focal length mapping.
- Units and up-axis affect matching between DCC and engine.
- Depth-of-field parameters often require retuning per renderer.
