Better CAD-to-CAD conversion

A precise CAD part should not turn into triangle soup just because it changed formats.
For CAD-to-CAD work, Convert3D can now use STEP / ISO 10303-21 as an intermediate path when the source supports it. Mesh output is still there when you need a visual or web-friendly result, but CAD formats now get a route that preserves more engineering intent.
How to use this right now
Convert CAD files as usual. Convert3D picks the better path automatically.
